This was an old regular of mine until the staff just got above their station.  No thanks anymore despite the bar being lovely.  There are other lovely places where they treat their clients with more respect.  Go the Le Crillon.  One of the nicest hotel bars in Paris with a wait staff ultra professional and kind.

I totally disagree with Mr Morrison.
As I seat here eating breakfast, everything about this hotel has been perfect.
Most especially the staff.
I just left the Ritz hotel and I am in love with Le Meurice.

This hotel is just amazing. There is 5-star and the there is 5-STAR. Every detail, every member of the staff, every aspect of your experience is just perfect. It’s because they focus on your experience and not simply what they have on offer. Putting their customers first. Sounds easy, much harder in practice and they embody the spirit of the statement.

I have been coming here atleast once a year for the past 5-6 years and continue to love to this place. I have done breakfast, lunch, drinks and dinner at various occasions, multiple times and speak to absolutely amazing experience with everything from the services to the food & drinks.

We stopped by the hotel for breakfast with our baby daughter last week during our stay in Paris. We had a wonderful experience. The dining room was stunning and the staffs were very friendly and attentive. I would like to give a special shout out to Raphael. He’s very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that we have a good time. We will definitely stay at the hotel next time we are in Paris. My daughter very much appreciated Pistache.

There are so many hotels to choose from these days, it can make it difficult to choose. Le Meurice is a hotel where I would gladly stay again. And did.
After many years (more than 20) we returned to Le Meurice. With many shops (expensive and inexpensive) and restaurants along the street where the hotel is located as well as having the Musee d’Orsay, Louvre and Tuileries (just to name a few) less than a five-minute walk away, the location is excellent.
First, the hotel was beautiful and soothing. Staff was polite and helpful. When the room my mom and aunt were sharing started having major electrical problems, they upgraded them from a deluxe room to an amazing suite with two bathrooms.
However, my deluxe room was in working order so no free upgrade for me :(. Just kidding. Although my room didn’t have a spectacular view (courtyard) the room was great. Plenty of room for storing luggage, two closets (one in hallway of entry and the other in the bedroom) and a second (interior) door that could be closed between the bedroom and hotel hallway for added privacy/quiet. Bathroom had two sinks and separate tub/shower. I can’t remember if I was able to control ac/heat (this is a huge deal breaker for me) but it couldn’t have been hot in the room because I definitely would’ve remembered. There was a beverage (coffee, tea, booze and others) and snack (not all of it is free) center located in the entry hallway.
Coffee (drip), bread basket, yogurt with berries and waffle were very good. My sister and I also went down to dinner and the food was amazing! We had sea bream ceviche, steak and the French dessert. Delicious!
Finally, the laundry service was very professional. Sent several pieces (some required regular washing/drying and others needed dry cleaning or other delicate methods) off and everything was returned in perfect condition. Phew!
