The server arrived with a metal pot containing hot chocolate and whipped cream, and they will serve you. Hot chocolate was thick and served hot. You might add the whipped cream to your hot chocolate and dip your croissant in it to enjoy. ⁣

Honestly, this is not the typical hot chocolate I've had. It's pretty delicious in my opinion, although a tad costly for a cup of hot chocolate. ⁣

4.5/5 - Excellent breakfast spot.  It is really crowded, so have a reservation or be prepared to wait.  The food was excellent and the atmosphere was great.  I thought the service was actually quite good given how busy they were.  My waitress was very polite and as attentive as she could be given that it was a full house.  The host was also polite and seated me as quickly as he could (I was solo and ate inside).

Famous for their hot chocolate, have to say, it truly delivered that. Dark and sweet, thick but not to the point of just melted chocolate. It comes in a small pot, so it would serve more than one cup. Add a dollop on top, it makes the perfect balance.

The croissant is a slight miss. It didn't have that perfect crunchy, flaky outside, and subtle buttery goodness. Good to dip onto the hot chocolate though.

The chicken pasta with creamy sauce is quite good, would recommend that.

Overall, we had a great meal.

PS: was Olympics season and we saw Lebron James there 😁

We were lucky that we got table on Sunday that too without reservation. It was perfect evening to have hot chocolate in cold weather. It was our first time in carette & we went there to experience hot chocolate only and ended up having Pesto pasta too.

I felt Inside seating was bit congested, vibes were happy. Staff was well behaved & service was quicks. Texture & smoothness of hot chocolate was epic.

A great place for breakfast and the hot chocolate was most definitely worth the wait. A lovely view of macaroons on display inside.

The viewing platform to the Eiffel Tower is only a 2 minute walk which is very convenient.

A big queue which lasted about 20 minutes. Goes quicker than it looks
