We recently stayed at Château d’Étoges for our honeymoon, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the impeccable hospitality and professionalism of the staff. Every detail was thoughtfully curated, making us feel as though we had stepped into an episode of Downton Abbey.

The champagne was exquisite, perfectly complementing the enchanting ambiance of the château. Both dining experiences exceeded our expectations. L’Orangerie provided a Michelin-star-worthy dinner that was a true culinary masterpiece, while the other restaurant offered equally remarkable cuisine with refined flavors and presentation.

Breakfast was an experience in itself—abundant, fresh, and absolutely worth it. It provided the perfect start to our day, ensuring we were well-prepared for exploring the beautiful Champagne region.

I have stayed for many years at Chateau Etoges and every time it gets better. Rooms, refurbished (Chateau rooms are best, Garde room tucked away)  lovely bathroom products,  breakfast superb in choice and style, the new Bistro, ( the restaurant which is superb was closed on this time as out of season), late night drinks. Service with a smile. All at what is a reasonable price,

Lovely staff especially at the breakfast :) clean rooms a real chateau experience. Very relaxing and nice there are 2 restaurants on site as there is nothing else around. Kids loved it too and would definitely come back again!

It was an exceptional experience for me and my sister in your lovely hotel 🫶🏼 the territory is gorgeous, well groomed and taken care of. The room was huge and represented the whole castle style and vibe. The fact that there are multiple wineries around makes it a great spot for discovering little champagne houses, that we did. The service and attitude of the stuff was amazing! Spa day was relaxing and great in the rainy weather.

My second stay and it did not disappoint! Friendly staff, Breakfast with champagne and best scrambled eggs in a newly refurbished hotel in an idyllic setting! Just note that there are no other restaurants nearby (15-30 mins drive to get to the nearest town) so you have to eat in the hotel and pre-booking is required or have your meal before returning to the hotel.
