We stayed just for one night but this hotel is really one of the best ones we have visited(value for money,staff).

It was Christmas season, the staff was extremely helpful and positive and their welcome was very warm!

The hotel has a unique decoration and style, which is a combination of classic and modern!
It is pet friendly and well located!
The room was simple, well decorated and with all required amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable!
The bath was spacious with a large shower and good quality products!
The breakfast was very good, with a large variety of options and very good pastries!

When we will visit Strasbourg again, we will definitely stay in  this hotel again!

Our stay at the Léonor Hotel had many positives. The hotel itself is great, with an excellent location near the Christmas market, and the reception staff, particularly Alexandra and her colleagues, were outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful. The bar staff were equally fantastic, ensuring a pleasant experience.

The suite was decent, but unfortunately, our stay was marred by a very negative experience during breakfast on both mornings. One employee, named Fabien, was shockingly rude, impolite, and incompetent. On the first morning, I waited 45 minutes for two omelettes, only to be told they couldn’t prepare them due to the number of clients—information they should have shared when taking the order. When I expressed my frustration, Fabien was dismissive and unprofessional.

After raising the issue with the reception, the manager promptly resolved it, and our omelettes arrived within three minutes. She also apologized for Fabien’s behavior, which we appreciated.

Unfortunately, the next morning was equally frustrating, as the same waiter, Fabien, insisted we prove my son was 12 years old and not older, which was unnecessary and embarrassing.

While the majority of the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, this one individual significantly soured the experience. It’s unfortunate that such behavior can overshadow an otherwise excellent team. Management should address this to ensure that one staff member doesn’t tarnish the reputation of the hotel.

I had a truly amazing stay at The Leonor for my birthday and the Christmas markets. The hotel was so classy (almost mistaken for a museum on arrival), beautifully decorated, well located and super comfortable. There were thoughtful little goodies in my room and the staff were friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Mathilde at reception who was lovely and kind.

Incredible location, maximum 10 minute walk to all destinations needed. Staff were kind and professional. Rooms were spacious, very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast is great with loads of options. Would recommend this to everyone, 110% perfect!

A decent hotel, downstairs reception and bar area very nice. Great buffet breakfast and good coffee.
Rooms were a bit disappointing, no wardrobe in our double bedroom to hang clothes just 2 small rails which was also the only place to hang coats.
Beware the ensuite bathroom door....it is a slide door and when fully closed there is a 1-2 inch gap between the door and walls of the ensuite so you can fully hear whoever you share with toileting and if you go up to the gap you can see them also!
Bed was quite comfy.
Little welcome gift of cookies and cookie cutters in the room.
Mini bar selection not a lot,only had 2 bottles of water, bottle of apple juice and bottle of orange juice.
Staff were very helpful though and attentive.
Location is great for walking into the main city and very close to a Christmas market.
Would stay again if short trip, I wouldn't stay again if I had a trip longer than a couple of days.
