Great place to visit! The atmosphere was also very pleasant and the transformation of the place into a restaurant is wearth seeing. The stuff was also polite and more than helpful. The food was good, not something unforgettable but qualitative and tasteful.

Had our 2024 Xmas luncheon there during our tour of Europe. Absolutely spectacular!
Service, food and ambiance AAA+.
Could not recommend more highly.

Wonderful place to visit for a special meal. Beautiful setting (inside and outside) with attentive service and fabulous food. There was also a great range of wines by the glass. Highly recommend this lovely restaurant to anyone visiting Strasbourg.

We had a very nice dinner at the Brasserie within Hotel Les Haras grounds recently. They have a nicely designed two floor seating area. Reservations recommended for weekends and public holidays. Menu is a nice range of French cuisine, wine list is sufficient while cocktails are nicely prepared behind the bar.

During our dinner we found everything served to be very good. The starter salad was beautifully prepared and tasted as expected. Lamb shoulder was tender with strong flavour while the foie gras meal serving was perfectly pan-fried and tasted delicious. Citrus tartlet and Paris Breast were very good desserts. Service was friendly, helpful with orders and as timely as can be expected of a nice restaurant like Brasserie des Haras. This was a great evening meal, one we would be eager to repeat next time in Strasbourg.

Design and modern restaurant in a stunning building ..spectacular design
Walk in for lunch ..place fully booked ..( book in advance )
Nice menu and good selection of wines by the glass (bravo !!!)
Raw salmon ..tasty and perfect temperature .strong seasoning (wasabi etc)..very nice
Crispy chicken with rice ..I was less impressed by that dish ..well executed but taste was rather dull ..probably a bad choice (my mistake )
Smoking friendly staff

Highly recommended for the design and quality !!
