I recently had a wonderful lunch experience at La Casserole in Strasbourg, where we indulged in a delightful three-course meal. From the moment we entered, the discreetly elegant interior set the tone for a memorable dining experience. The warm ambiance, complemented by comfortable yet colorful chairs and thoughtfully arranged tables, created an intimate setting that made us feel right at home.

Incredible ambiance, elegant + tastful interior.  Very mediocre service, perhaps because we did not speak French, noticed other patrons who all spoke French had much more attentive service.  Waited nearly 30 minutes after finishing main courses for plates to be cleared. entrees decent(ouef & lobster), main courses(veal & pheasant) dry chewy & not much flavor. 3 hours for 3 courses. Wonderful selection of wine.

Lovely place for a delicious meal that’s not too stuffy at all. For a one star location it has perhaps the most inviting unpretentious atmosphere, which in many cases you would want. I would say the only major ‘knock’ is that we were at a four top where I had to reach and pass everything that was for me. I’m not meaning to sound pretentious saying that but I had to stop my conversation each time even if only for a moment however sometimes longer to collect the items. While not a big problem the focus should be more on the evening shared with friends.

We were there recently for a dinner, however will not come back and will not recommend it to anyone.
The food presentation is beautiful but it doesn't add much value to the taste.
The food amount is tiny, even we took the menu, was far away from eating well for a dinner unless you take 2/3 of their breads😂
The service was terrible, we still have wine left after we finished the dinner, the waiter didn't bother themselves to do their work. Same as the water.
In general, compared to the bill u paid, u didn't even get 20% of the value
