The cocktails are nothing short of artistry, a testament to the bartender’s mastery over flavor combinations. Likewise, the sommelier introduced us to some exceptional Sardinian wines that were entirely new to me. The food was equally impressive, from ethically-sourced ingredients to impeccable presentation and flavor profiles.

Service here is textbook perfect—a single word says it all.

It’s only a matter of time before this team earns its Michelin stars. I highly recommend treating yourself to this extraordinary experience before reservations become hard to come by.

We were debating whether or not we wanted the full gastronomic experience - but I am so so glad we did. The food and service were both exceptional, up there with best restaurants we’ve ever been to. Cannot recommend more highly
