Nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir ce restaurant Michelin en tête-à-tête avec mon conjoint, et ce fut une expérience mémorable. Autour de cinq plats mettant en valeur les produits locaux, chaque bouchée était une véritable ode à la région et à son terroir.

Les gérants, de véritables passionnés, savent transmettre leur amour de la gastronomie avec une générosité et un enthousiasme contagieux. Leur connaissance des produits et leur attention aux détails se ressentent dans chaque assiette.

Le service est impeccable, l’ambiance chaleureuse, et chaque plat est un chef-d'œuvre d'équilibre et de créativité. Une adresse incontournable pour les amateurs de cuisine raffinée et authentique. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter !

We had the pleasure of discovering this Michelin restaurant one-on-one with my partner, and it was a memorable experience. Around five dishes highlighting local products, each bite was a true ode to the region and its terroir.

The managers, truly passionate, know how to transmit their love of gastronomy with contagious generosity and enthusiasm. Their knowledge of the products and their attention to detail is evident in every plate.

The service is impeccable, the atmosphere warm, and each dish is a masterpiece of balance and creativity. An essential address for lovers of refined and authentic cuisine. We will return without hesitation!

De passage dans la région, j'ai réservé deux nuits à l'Auberge de Chavannes et je suis enchantée de mon choix. L'établissement offre un cadre propre et convivial, avec des chambres spacieuses et confortables. Le calme absolu!!! Le petit déjeuner est un véritable régal, composé de produits faits maison. En été, la terrasse est tout simplement magnifique. L'auberge est idéalement située à côté d'une piste cyclable et propose de nombreuses activités aux alentours. Les hôtes sont d'une gentillesse incroyable et savent vous accueillir chaleureusement. Le restaurant est digne d'un établissement étoilé, avec une sélection de vins incroyables... mais je n'en dis pas plus 🤣. Une adresse à retenir pour un séjour agréable et reposant.

While passing through the region, I booked two nights at the Auberge de Chavannes and I am delighted with my choice. The establishment offers a clean and friendly environment, with spacious and comfortable rooms. Absolute calm!!! Breakfast is a real treat, made up of homemade products. In summer, the terrace is simply magnificent. The hostel is ideally located next to a cycle path and offers many activities nearby. The hosts are incredibly kind and know how to welcome you warmly. The restaurant is worthy of a starred establishment, with a selection of incredible wines... but I'll say no more 🤣. An address to remember for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

Très bonne adresse,tout est parfait de l'accueil à la cuisine en passant par le service. C'est le troisième réveillon que nous faisons et nous ne sommes jamais déçus .
