The menu (découverte & sensation )with the wine pairing menu was nothing short of inspiring, with each course an elegant fusion of flavours, perfectly complemented by expertly chosen wines. Every dish was a work of art, both visually stunning and bursting with creativity.
It’s rare to find a restaurant that strikes such a perfect balance between culinary innovation and impeccable service, but Le Charlemagne does so with ease.

What a story you made up.

We entered the restaurant at 7pm and left at 11:30. If you said we finished 7 dishes within 1.5 hours, that means the appetizers took 3 hours?!
In the previous response you said there's no Asian spices used, and now you said you're a french-japenese restaurant.... Well, maybe Japan is not Asian. Btw, I am fully aware what miso etc are.

Too many lies in your response. But I don't want to waste my time for further comments. Not worthy.

Btw, if you wish to communicate privately, maybe you should consider to alter your response in a more positive and polite manner.

How you responded to my comment, just reflects the level of your service.

Regarding the Asian spice, how did you season the scallop carpaccio? Thai spice is not Asian ??????? Are Miso and Umibudo not Asian? Do be ridiculous.

Amazing location, unfortunately at this time of the year (mid September) at 19:00 the vineyards were in the shadow already. Still beautiful.

So a couple of things went wrong in the service, flat water into sparkling glass, not replaced, small wine spilling and then not cleaned from the table, dusty glasses after requesting a different set of glasses, but nothing major, just not perfect at all.

The food all 4 of us agreed on, was 80/20. 80% fantastic, such as the bread, the olive oil, the first view dishes etc. The pigeon was a bit weird and the beef tataki was not as tender as hope for.

Wine suggestion and selection was great.

Amazing food, great choice of flavor combos from the chef and lots of good surprises! Very nice staff who tried to explain everything in English for us. We all enjoyed the experience here dining and looking over the vineyard. Price is friendly too for such quality

The food was amazing, staffs were friendly.
However, it took almost 4hrs for dinner and too long for us as we had children with us for dinner.
