service with a smile, light and comfortable surroundings, original and local dishes, great menu for vegetarians.
staff was welcoming and made us feel at home. each dish was a pleasant surprise, the 3 glass menu made us discover new winegrowers in the region, and was perfectly matched to the dishes.

We had an incredible dining experience at this Michelin-starred restaurant. The cuisine is French, delicately infused with a hint of Japanese influence.

They also accommodated my lactose intolerance, adjusting a few dishes, which we truly appreciated. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The wine list was thoughtfully curated, and the sommelier spoke Spanish, which was a big plus for us.

However, the only downside was the duration. We spent nearly four hours there, from 8 PM to almost midnight, which felt too long. In my opinion, 2.5 to 3 hours would have been sufficient. While the food, service, and ambiance were exceptional, four hours is a bit excessive.

One more tip: it’s best to reserve a table in advance. We booked about a week ahead, and the restaurant was fully booked, even on a Thursday evening.

This is a top notch restaurant with excellent food and service. I had a wonderful time dining here. The staff was very helpful & courteous. They accommodated my dietary restrictions.

The food is scrumptious, portion sizes good. A 5 course meals takes about 2 hrs and there is plenty of food.

Highly recommend the dining experience here. You will not be disappointed.

Our Dinner at Origine was just incredible!! We had the vegetarian menu which came with three Courses and four additional intermediate courses. Each course was presented absolutely wonderful and tasted as fantastic. We really liked the fusion of local produce and a touch of asian cuisine. The time between all courses was perfectly chosen.
As well as the food the service and introduction of the dishes were top. Everyone was super attentive and friendly.
The ambience is minimalistic and modern and we felt really comfortable.
Also worth mentioning is the stunnig price for the whole menu with its super high quality!
Thanks to the whole team for this beautiful evening. A visit at Origine really should be a must of every visit at Dijon.

A really lovely dining experience. Excellent food featuring local ingredients used in unique and notable ways. Service is discreet, well-timed, and friendly. Restaurant had an excellent sommelier, and a beautiful ambiance. We enjoyed meeting the Chef when he came to greet each table. ORIGINE is among the top one star Michelin restaurants in France, in my opinion. I fully recommend this experience.
