Wow! This may be the best meal my wife and I ever had. We had the 5 course lunch menu. Everything was fantastic. The plating and presentations were creative and fun. The food was delicious, interesting combinations and lots of fun little surprises throughout the experience. We would absolutely go back.

Great service and beautiful, moody atmosphere, but CIBO was a “miss” for us as far as tasting menus go . The food was inventive and presented artfully (perhaps *too* contrived at times) but many of the dishes challenged our collective tastebuds by being too pungent, bitter, or overly sour. One of the desserts was even introduced by our sever with a “warning,” which is what you least expect when you’re hoping for a pleasant close to the meal. Perhaps it was just the menu when we visited, but the food and flavors were not what we expected for the price. We also got charged $38 for water, which was impossible to not order with the type of food being served (our fault for not requesting tap water I suppose). Consolation prize: I did greatly enjoy the glass pours recommended by the sommelier.

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing dinner at CIBO restaurant during our trip to Burgundy.

Restaurant has an interesting wine list with lots of regional options including some from smaller producers which paired beautifully with their flavorful and thoughtfully prepared dishes.

I thought prices were quite fair for the quality both for the tasting menu and the wines.

If I’m ever in Dijon again, I’d definitely go back.

Absolutely incredible! I’m a vegetarian and it can be challenging to find fine dining at times. One of the menus is vegetarian. The night before this meal we ate at a 3 Michelin star in Switzerland. The atmosphere, service, and food were above and beyond that experience. Is it a stuffy white table cloth place with an intimidating sommelier or pushy servers? NO! It’s a beautiful interior with incredible mood lighting so you can see the main attraction, the kitchen! The kitchen is run with precision and a smile. It was beautiful to watch this tight knit group perform and then enjoy their creations! Run don’t walk to CIBO!

In short- we loved it. Great service, inventive and interesting food, great wine suggestions and fun and new presentations. The room is modern and enjoyable. Would recommend this to any friend.
