We came for Cedric’s tea time and were impressed. We are not rich, but we were treated as any other guests. Everyone was very professional and polite, the service was perfect. The hotel is absolutely amazing, they take care of everything.

The room we stayed in was really good. But sadly, the service wasn't. We had issues at dinner and with a planned kids' activity. Only after we complained twice did the manager try to fix things. But this already spoiled some of our plans. Even though the room was great, I'd say think carefully before you choose this place because of the service.

I’ve been to all the hotels in the world, the most expensive ones, but my heart will always be in this hotel, everyone from the managers and those who greet you are simply unrealistic fellows, the hotel itself is very beautiful, very tasty, very cozy. The staff are so kind and generous. We had the Cedric grolet selection which was an amazing experience and exquisite desserts options. The manager was kind too.
