Good small restaurant, bookings are for sure a must. The food was tasty - the pork was pretty tender and the portion size was good. The starter with reblochon cheese was not something I would want to repeat - the portion size was small and the salad on the side was too sour. The small starter on the house (fish-like pate) was just amazing! The cafe gourmand dessert selection was nice to try but nothing special. Overall good place but pretty pricey and there are ones around with much better value for money in my mind

Wonderful restaurant, so glad we chose this for our only evening meal in Morzine. As others have said - it's Michelin grade food! Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection.

We visited this restaurant on their opening night on Christmas Eve! The food was absolutely wonderful, not the heavy mountain food we had been eating all week, and their set Christmas menu was perfect for the occasion. The owners are lovely and the ambience is very special. Our favourite restaurant we visited during our week in morzine!

Took a party of 20 guests here to end a weekend of birthday celebrations.  The whole experience was fantastic and the team did everything possible to make the evening fabulous.  The food, wine and service were all outstanding and our guests were extremely complimentary.  Thank you so much - we will be highly recommending L’Avalanche to future visitors ❤️
