Une cuisine goûteuse, originale, locale autour du végétal et du feu de bois, fils conducteurs d'un repas gastronomique de haut niveau.
Guillaume nous a embarqué dans son univers et nous y sommes resté perchés, des étoiles plein les yeux et les papilles, des hors d'œuvres au dessert.
Chrystel nous a enchantée avec un service tout en délicatesse, discrétion et raffinement, digne des meilleurs restaurants. Elle nous met a l'aise, raconte l'histoire des plats, sublime l'expérience avec des choix de vins tout aussi fascinants que ce qu'il y a dans l'assiette.
C'est une expérience incroyable a ne louper sous aucun prétexte si vous en avez l'occasion.
Merci a tous les deux de nous avoir fait partager un si merveilleux moment!
