L'un des meilleurs restaurant que j'ai fait probablement, certainement le meilleur dans cette gamme de prix.
On a pris deux formules entrée-plat-dessert à 37 euros. La carte est courte, c'est rassurant, 2 plats proposés par service dans le menu. Dans le doute, on a pris un de chaque histoire de goûter a tout. Je n'ai pas peur de dire qu'il n'y a pas eu une seule fausse note, toutes les entrées, plats, desserts étaient excquis. En bonus un amuse bouche avant l'entrée et avec le café. Rien a redire, venu au hasard, nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons par Aubenas.
L'ambiance de la salle est superbe, avec ses arches voûtées, c'est bas de plafond avec des lumières un peu tamisées, on y est bien, forcément la géométrie fait qu'il y a un peu de brouhaha, mais franchement on s'y fait et on l'oublie en goûtant l'assiette.

À visiter les yeux fermés.

One of the best restaurants I've been to probably, certainly the best in this price range.
We took two starter-main course-dessert formulas for 37 euros. The menu is short, which is reassuring, 2 dishes offered per service on the menu. When in doubt, we took one of each story to taste everything. I'm not afraid to say that there was not a single false note, all the starters, main courses and desserts were exquisite. As a bonus, an appetizer before entry and with coffee. Nothing to complain about, came by chance, we will come back with pleasure if we pass through Aubenas again.
The atmosphere of the room is superb, with its vaulted arches, it has a low ceiling with slightly subdued lights, it feels good there, obviously the geometry means that there is a bit of hubbub, but frankly we are It's done and you forget it when you taste the plate.

C'était bon mais quelques problèmes de cuisson et la viande comportait des morceaux impossibles à mâcher.
Guanciale limitée avec beaucoup de garniture.
Tiramisu châtaigne un peu lourd.
Accueil un peu froid.

It was good but some cooking issues and the meat had pieces that were impossible to chew.
Limited guanciale with lots of toppings.
Tiramisu chestnut a little heavy.
Reception a little cold.

Tout d'abord un accueil chaleureux par par le chef qui vous emmène sur sa terrasse à couper le souffle.  Puis tout continue dans ce mouvement effréné dans un tourbillon de saveurs comme l'indique le nom du restaurant.  Du foie gras à la langoustine au filet de veau aux morilles,  à la ronde des fromages et pour finir un dessert chocolaté à  damner le plus fidèle... bravo et merci.  Malheureusement plus de batterie pour prendre des photos des plats...

First of all, a warm welcome from the chef who takes you to his breathtaking terrace.  Then everything continues in this frantic movement in a whirlwind of flavors as the name of the restaurant indicates.  From foie gras to langoustine to veal fillet with morels, a round of cheeses and to finish a chocolate dessert to die for the most faithful... well done and thank you.  Unfortunately no more battery to take photos of the dishes...
