I had high hopes for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. The food was of very low quality—bland, poorly prepared, and far from what I expected for the price.

The service was decent, which is the only reason I’m not giving it the lowest possible rating. However, the atmosphere was unbearable. It felt like stepping into an old, poorly ventilated beer house, with an overwhelming stale air and an unpleasant odor of cheese lingering everywhere.

I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t be returning.

other than the view there is nothing nice about this restaurant.  Server is incredibly rude.  Read the other comments and they all say the same thing. I took photos of the food to prove that I ate here so they can’t lie about not being there.  The owner or manager of their google account likes to accuse customers of faking bad reviews and even reported an account, that’s so childish and vindictive.  Honestly, if the restaurant owner behaves like this, then you know it’s not a good place to go.  If you want to experience stereotypical “French” hospitality, then this is the place. Go at your own risk, especially if you are not white, be prepared to be treated differently.  I’m sure there are better restaurants.

Views might be good, but the service and food is not something I would go there for. If you want a better experience and delicious food - go to Le Freti ( they are more local and passionate)

Also, you can't have La raclette outside so book your spot accordingly

Favorite meal in Annecy! Highly recommend sitting outside and enjoying the ambiance if possible.

We had the tartilefette, escargot, and beef tartare. All were amazing and so authentic / local! Service was also wonderful despite them being super busy.

This was in the top three meals I've eaten in my life. I had the breaded veal chop, the trout tartare, and a peach spritz cocktail. The meat was perfectly cooked and everything tasted amazing. The trouttartar, surprisingly blew me away and the mango on top really tied it all together. Our server, Homer was fantastic and spoke great English. A must visit if you want a high quality meal in Annecy.
