Visited Alimentum with my husband on a calm Wednesday evening to celebrate my birthday.
Everything was in the highest class - food, wine, juice, information, service, atmosphere. We felt very special. :) The fact that they are so into ecological products and sustainability is fantastic. That is the way to go.
Have we already told all our friends about this amazing experience? Yes! And we will continue on doing that. Thank you so much!
P.S. The price is on the high end. So maybe not an everyday thing, but definitely for a special occasion for someone that appreciates excellent food and outstanding service.

Absolutely incredible!

We had the 12 course degustation and I honestly could not tell you what the best thing was, as every single course was incredible. Honestly one of the best dining experiences of my life.

The ingredients were local and top quality. The wine pairings were perfect. The staff were knowledgeable, polite, engaging and attentive.

Pricey, but worth the cost for sure. If you would like a unique danish fine dining experience of the utmost quality, this is the right place.

We cannot find enough superlatives to describe the perfect marriage of food and wine we were served last night. The spacing of delivery allowed us to savor each dish without feeling overwhelmed. We were also entertained by the stories around the wines we tasted. We plan to tell everyone that there is another restaurant worth driving to Aalborg for! And Alimentum is quite simply the best of the lot.
