We had a great stay at Hotel Sanders.

Some of the most friendly and helpful staff I've ever encountered in a hotel. Everyone we interacted with - front desk, rooftop bar, housekeeping - was very polite and quick to answer any questions or requests.

The hotel location is excellent, very easy to get around on foot or through the nearby metro. We had a Sanders Double room, which was a great size for us for three nights. The mini bar with complimentary soft drinks, beers, and snacks was a great perk.

Great hotel.  Very convenient location and beautifully kept property.  Would recommend for stays in Copenhagen.

As with most places in Copenhagen, the rooms are quite small, but this should not be a surprise - mine was exactly as described.  The hotel is a short walk from some fun areas in Copenhagen and it's super easy to get taxis or eBikes or even walk.

Only silly downsides were a lack of a blind in the bathroom which meant a lot of light in the morning.  The staff went out and bought me a face mask which was a nice touch.  And a wet-room style shower that makes the entire bathroom floor wet.  No real issue other than lots of towels used to tidy up.

The staff were amazingly helpful and attentive and worked tirelessly to make my stay as perfect as they could.  A pretty place that I was sad to leave.

If I am back in the city I will definitely stay here again.

I don't know where these negative reviews come from, because we found our pre-cruise 2 night stay at Hotel Sanders to be exceptional in every respect, from an early check-in, to super-helpful and pleasant staff at all levels, to the spectacular breakfasts and dinner.  Yes, it's expensive for us from Australia, but so is Copenhagen in general.  We would absolutely stay again if given the opportunity.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Rooftop of the Sanders for breakfast with my daughter, and it was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in the heart of the city, this charming spot offered a delightful start to our day last Sunday.

The ambiance on the rooftop was simply enchanting. Each dish was meticulously prepared and bursting with flavor, from the freshly baked pastries to the rich, aromatic coffee, everything was simply delicious.

The entire staff deserves praise for their impeccable service. I must give special recognition to Ariel, whose service was exceptional. Ariel’s warm and attentive demeanor made us feel incredibly welcome.

Visiting from Switzerland, we are already looking forward to our next visit!. Thank you for a memorable breakfast and for making our Sunday morning in Copenhagen so special.

Absolutely perfect location to explore Copenhagen. We walked everywhere. Beautifully appointed with excellent staff. The food was very good. The beds were great and the rooms were reasonably quiet.  The only flaw was the shower. The water was not as hot as the sink water and the set up of the shower in our room meant that everything, including the toilet would get wet. A bit annoying. Other than that, a great stay.
