Simply amazing! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was wonderful, helpful, and genuinely cared about making your experience as exceptional as possible. They personally sit down with you when you arrive and walk through a city map and will help you figure out what might be points of interest. The hotel and room was beautiful and well kept. Location was perfect. Quiet street but still in the action of the city center. The staff went out of their way and never made us hesitate to ask them about anything whether it was sites to see, places to eat, transportation, tours, you name it, they knew how to make it the best stay ever. In all honesty, I would never stay anywhere else in Prague and would vehemently tell others to stay there as well. Another awesome thing is whenever you get back to the hotel from enjoying the city, they great you with beer, wine, tea, water, or help you set up your next adventure out. We will be back for sure.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, allowing easy access to everything Prague has to offer. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. Overall, this was by far the best hotel we stayed at during our visit to Prague. Highly recommended!

Best hotel experience we have ever had!! We were greeted and sat down at a table where one of the staff members highlighted Prague must see places and restaurants on a map. We were immediately served wine and beer while they took our bags upstairs. The rooms were spacious and quiet. The breakfast was top notch! The staff were all so friendly. They assisted us with making reservations and transportation throughout our stay. Would highly recommend this hotel!

We’ve stayed at many wonderful hotels, but none of them come close to what we experienced at Hotel Agnes. What makes it so extraordinary isn’t the rooms or the decor—though both are lovely—it’s the people. They are the heart and soul of this place, and they turned our trip into something truly unforgettable.

Even now, we remember their names—Paul, Victoria, Frank, Frank, and Lucas—because they left such an incredible impression on us. It’s difficult to capture exactly what they do that makes them so special, but it’s their warmth, their attentiveness, and the way they make you feel like family.

They go above and beyond in ways that seem almost effortless but are incredibly meaningful. One night, we mentioned how much we wanted to try a popular restaurant that was fully booked on a busy Friday. Without hesitation, one of their team members personally went to the restaurant, and against all odds, managed to secure us a reservation. It was a moment of magic, but for them, it seemed like just another way to ensure our happiness.

And that’s the beauty of Hotel Agnes. It’s the little things they do, the countless thoughtful touches, and the genuine care they show that make you feel so special. Every interaction feels personal, every detail feels intentional.

Staying at Hotel Agnes wasn’t just about having a place to sleep—it was about feeling welcomed, valued, and cared for in a way that we’ll never forget. To the incredible team, thank you for making our time in Prague so magical. You are, without a doubt, what makes this hotel the best of the best.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this fabulous hotel in Prague recently. (Five stars aren’t enough!). It is a small boutique hotel with genuine character, beautifully renovated to meet today’s expectations whilst keeping the character of this very old and beautiful building. Victoria, Stefan, Luca, Paul, Frank, Natalie and all the staff were fantastic and always available to assist with any inquiries we might have, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfasts were all fantastic with something to suit every palate. The hotel was very well situated and easy walking distance to most of the main attractions. We would like to highly recommend this hotel to our family, friends and all other travelers to Prague.
