The place looks very nice. It looks like a bread factory. It’s really neat and tidy, but also it feels very cozy. We didn’t have a reservation, so to shorten up the time, we sat outside with many heaters around us, so it was not that cold. After we sat down, we went to order directly inside and later the food would have been taken to us. Therefore service was simple but efficient.
To drink, we ordered a cappuccino and a fresh apple juice. Both of them were delicious. Our eggs on the other hand, didn’t fully satisfy us. We ordered an omelette and some scrambled eggs. The omelette was ok, the scrambled eggs were very much on the raw side and not so scrambled. The fresh bread with butter was really good, though.
Nevertheless, I would like to go back and try more things!

The bread is the highlight here but would recommend reserving as the wait for a table was about 45 minutes as seating is limited.

We sat outside to avoid a long wait. They had an unused area upstairs with seating so unsure why this was closed.

Food and coffee was good but pastry section was very limited so had sold out of a few items when we went to buy them after mains.

We got takeaway sandwiches for later though which were really good and stayed fresh and the loaf bread we bought has stayed fresh even after taking it on a flight back home to the UK.

“If you’re keen for the perfect brunch…”

I was quite curious about here since they were introduced in Michelin, and i think this is the ideal place to have brunch. There's some waiting and the seats are bit uncomfortable, but the food is guaranteed. I hope i can visit here again

Incredible food and SUCH a fun vibe in their space. I am such a sucker for an open kitchen where you can see them working their magic. Seeing the massive oven where they baked a dozen bread loafs at a time was such a treat. I got the Czech breakfast and loved it - it came with a wonderful kombucha. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good brunch in Prague!!

The decor is very nice, with an industrial style, and the preparation area is completely open. The Smaženka which i ordered was a bit over toasted and slightly bitter.. but the batch brew is niceee. I enjoy the chill vibe here!
