Very near the castle. Up hill from the Charles bridge, it is quiet, charming, and quaint. The staff were exceptionally accommodating, proving us with extra mugs and a kettle. The fridge had items to purchase at a reasonably price.

Very nice hotel a bit outside the noisy and busy area. 20 min walk to downtown (Astronomic clock). And 10+ restaurants within 5 minutes' walk.

Cosy rooms, very quiet.
Great service, but no bar or evening restaurant (which is clear when booking)

Located about 200m downhill from the Palace and environs makes this an ideal locality. Need to be fit and up for a walk to enjoy this well appointed accommodation. Breakfast is served daily but can be on the boring g side. Restaurants nearby can provide alternatives ... open after 8am. Beds are soft and comfortable. Good room security.

My last day in Prague into a nightmare.

When making the reservation, I informed them that I would need a taxi at 6:30 AM at checkout. They responded that they would prepare a takeaway breakfast box. However, the female staff member at check-in was unaware of this.

I reiterated the email content, and she promised to prepare breakfast. But at checkout, there was no one at the front desk, and no breakfast was prepared.

When I returned the card key, the exit door wouldn't open, and I was trapped inside.

When I called, the same female staff member claimed that she had explained the front desk would be closed until 7 AM, but there was no such explanation.

Moreover, they had promised to have breakfast ready at 6:30 AM, yet the front desk wasn't even open.

Additionally, during the reservation, they asked for the age and gender of my 3-year-old daughter, promising a surprise for her, but there was nothing. When I inquired with the same staff member, she said, "Making the bed was the surprise."

This implies that if you don't have a child with you, they don't even make the bed!

There was not a single apology from the female staff member.

Location is perfect! Just 5-8 minutes from the Prague castle on one side and 10 minutes to the Charles Bridge on the other side. Rooms are ok , the reception staff were helpful with suggesting local places to visit.
