I recently dined at Nebo Restaurant in the Costabella Resort Hilton, and it was an exceptional experience. The food was absolutely fantastic—each dish was thoughtfully prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients and presented beautifully. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite was a delightful blend of flavors that left a lasting impression.The atmosphere of Nebo was equally impressive. The ambiance was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable meal, with elegant decor and a cozy, welcoming vibe. The staff was attentive and friendly, providing top-notch service throughout our visit.Overall, Nebo is a must-visit for anyone staying at the Costabella Resort Hilton or in the area. Whether you're looking for a special dinner or a casual meal with a stunning view, this restaurant delivers on all fronts.

We were a table of 4 and we had a wonderful time in your restaurant. The menu is wonderful and all the dishes are on another level. We had 9 courses (11 if u count everything) and all of them were perfect and unique.
We had a perfect (under the sea) aged wine and it went nicely whit all of the courses.

In a Michelin restaurant context, we got superb value for money. Food was creative and exquisite (maybe no need to add a sauce by the table with every dish 😀), and atmosphere was really cozy by the beautiful (m)ethanol fire pit.
Service, still in Michelin context, got off to a slow start as our amuse-bouche took 30 mins to arrive, however remainder of the evening took place with a very attentive waiter crew.
It’s a must to try & explore the Croatian wines from the extensive wine list.
All in all, a wonderful experience (rating overall would have been 5 if not the Michelin expectations in mind).  Will definitely come back.

Beautiful ocean views of the Adriatic on the top floor of the Hilton. I had the smaller course dinner which started with small bites and ornately presented flavorful meals featuring local Croatian ingredients.

I was there upon opening, the restaurant has an astonishing view. You can’t have a better view in the region. The service was friendly and trained like it should be for a fine dining restaurant. Dishes were amazing and had a great character. However it took more than 3.5h to serve all dishes. The first courses we got came with 30min distance and the last ones came just after each other. I would adjust the serving speed. Another thing I noticed was that in every course they were waiting that all guests are in the table before serving the next course, except the last where they didn’t take care of it. However this restaurant is amazing and it was the first day of the official opening.
