We stayed here as a couple on a weekend break for two nights from Friday through Sunday. We booked directly via their website and got a fantastic rate of just under 60 Euros per night. At this price (and even more) a great deal: very nice room, friendly English-speaking staff and a fantastic central location within walking distance of any tourist highlights. 20 minutes by taxi from the airport.

Hotel is located just by Vitosha street, in the city center. It was clean and the staff was very professional. It has enough facilities and the parking is with valet. The room was spacious enough, looking good and the bed was confortable. Breakfast was good.

The hotel has no restaurant, which is not a big deal because you're very close to many, but not even a bar of its own. The breakfast space is very small and I wonder what would happen in case of full hotel. I would add more types of eggs for breakfast, at least (they had only boiled). A large bottle of water as welcome would also be appreciated.

Not recommended, absolutely not worth it. They try to charge for everything, even water in your room! How can you call yourself a 4 star hotel and then charge a for a simple cup of coffee?

- breakfast not included
- rooms not that nice
- no help with baggage
- dirty cups in room
- bad pillows
- fridge full of expensive things for sale and not usable
- no nice views from the windows
- toilet wouldn't stop running
- nothing you would expect from a "4 star" place

The location was convenient but that's literally the only positive. Definitely avoid.

We came for a stay from another Rosslyn location thinking it would be the same, but were disappointed. It's a much smaller hotel. As soon as you walk into rooms you are hit with a smell of mold, after showering you realize why it smells like it. Shower was leaking , so after each shower you'd need to wipe down the floors. Breakfast is not included , and if you wanted it, it would be 12€, looked at the sad breakfast and realized for 12€ you can get a fancy breakfast outside of the hotel. Staff of course was rude, or that's just how they are. Bathroom had women's hair , its color is on purpose so you don't see dirt , but once you walk barefoot you can feel how dirty it is, so always wear slippers. Windows are sound proof because I was able to hear all the noises from outside. I heard the upstairs neighbors as well as next door neighbors , so if you're looking for a quiet night , you will not get it. I was woken up in middle of night because upstairs decided to move furniture .  Hotel is in the center of Sofia , so all restaurants  are walkable. I don't think I will stay in this hotel again.

Excellent hotel ! We had great customer service the breakfast was fresh .. is within walking distance to the historic sites restaurants shopping and cafes
