Overall, I liked it, but cleaning service could be better. E.g. it would have been nice if used drinking glasses had been replaced daily. Water bottles and coffee capsules would have also been nice to be replaced with new ones daily.
It also offers lovely spacious rooms, but not the best cleaning of the room daily.

I didn’t want to leave a 3-star review, but I chose this hotel specifically for the pool and gym. Despite paying for an expensive room, they told me there’s an extra charge to use these facilities. I can’t believe they charge 20 just to access the pool, which isn’t even that impressive. The hotel might look beautiful, but the location and amenities are disappointing.

I have never experienced customer service so terrible in a supposed 5 star hotel. Tried to charge us for breakfast when the book in the room clearly said it was free and when we proved we were right, they were very rude. Whilst they refunded us, they told us to sit in reception so we did but they never bothered to tell us they had finished the transaction so we sat there for hours. Staff were incredibly rude. I would steer well clear, you can find much nicer and less dated properties with better customer service. Will never book again.

The hotel is very nice but they are very liars. It is not written where you can buy a parking space for €15 and you are charged to enter a pool. This is the first time this has happened to us and the woman at the spa is very rude and atypical.

The hotel is showing its age, but it has an ancient style that some might appreciate. It’s filled with small statue decorations, and there's a big casino on the ground floor. However, it was annoying that I had to go further to use a different elevator to reach my room, and I had to change elevators twice just to get to the breakfast room. The room itself was spacious and clean, though the AC didn't work well, but it was still manageable. There’s no soundproofing, so be mindful if you're noisy. The breakfast was poor for a 5-star hotel, and they only had one staff member at both check-in and check-out, so be prepared to wait. The location is good, just a short walk to the metro or tram. All in all, they offer a decent price, so you get what you pay for.
