Absolutely terrible and would never recommend this place. Unsafe and unhealthy. If you want cancer, this is the place for you. People were smoking in the rooms and in hallways all through the day and evening. Cigarette smoke came through the vents for the entire duration of our stay (5 days).

Most of the staff were rude. Bathrooms in lobby were not functioning properly. The shower leaks from above. Did not provide sufficient supplies for four guests (only for two).

The entire room is disgusting odor and outdated. Elevator ceiling is glass and broken/large cracks. Extremely unsafe facilities.

I will never return here again. I strongly recommend you find another hotel that is safe, clean, and comfortable. This one is horrible.

We stayed at this hotel in December. My family and I paid for 4 nights of accommodation, but we left after only 3, due to the poor conditions. 🤢 Here I am referring to the fact that during these days of accommodation I benefited from only one visit from the housekeeper, the consumables (towels, care products) were not replaced, I did not benefit from cleaning and I had Cockroaches!!!! in the bathroom!!🤢 The boiled staff is stiff, robust, not warm at all. I also paid for breakfast for the whole family, with regret I noticed that the same standard food was served day after day, without exception, so another disappointment! I also paid for the parking, although I would have assumed that it should be free for customers, well no, it was double the price compared to the public one, but I found this out from our friends only after we had paid them. The view? I had a view of the tram station and the garbage cans next to it. So, total disappointment, I don't recommend, you can certainly find better, cheaper and friendlier options!

This is a fabulous hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts, particularly the Concierge, who had great local knowledge.  The location is perfect for all the major attractions and only a short walk to the nightlife along the Vitosha Boulevard.  The rooms were very well appointed and very clean due to the dedicated housekeepers. Thank you Elka :)  The inclusive breakfast was very good indeed, and plentiful.  Parking is available on a 1st come, 1st served basis, but there is additional on street parking nearby.  Highly recommended in its entirety if you're planning a short break in Sofia.

After our original reservation being cancelled by Eurostar hotel (avoid that hotel), we went to this WONDERFUL hotel and we do not have regrets, things happens for a reason. Millenia at from desk is AMAZING, always friendly, smiley and willing to assist us. Ivan at front desk was very friendly as well. Breakfast is really good and location is the best. We also used the massage service and was EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very friendly and helpful staff, also very good communication during the booking process. Very good restaurant, good room service, very fast. Great location in the center, close to metro. Very good organization for transport. Wellness center and massage also perfect. Perfect price perfomance ratio.
