Not a five star hotel by any means. 3 stars at most. Stayed in the city view suite. You don’t get much of a view of the city other than the rooftops of the nearby buildings.

Pros: In the center of the city. Restaurant is closest thing you’ll get to fine dining in Sarajevo city center.

Cons: The entire hotel smells old and moldy. The room smelled old and moldy. The staff was helpful with answering questions but there is nothing special about the services. No one to help with bags. Spa had no one available. Parking isn’t included in the room fees. The beds are old and uncomfortable. The pillows are chunky and uncomfortable. No queen or king beds. You have to put two beds together. Rooms barely cool down enough. Was hot every night despite the AC being on. Wifi is atrocious.

I advise avoiding this hotel entirely if you can. Only thing worth its price is the location.

I want you to put in to mind that this is a five star hotel in the terms of Bosnian five stars. So with that being said, they had fresh flowers in the hallway and my fav the star gazers, so it smelled amazing. They never touched any of our personal property when they came to clean and always restocked on the towels and robes. The fridge did not work. The room would be a little warm at night. I share the room with one person and for me it was a good size. We had a beautiful mosque right outside our window. The location of the hotel is the best: you can get everywhere. The WiFi is not good at all. And that’s everywhere in Bosnia unfortunately. The breakfast buffet is excellent. I stayed over a week in Bosnia and this breakfast buffet was the best one of any hotel I’ve been to. It seems that there’s one elevator so you have to wait a long time unless you wanna take all the stairs down/up; someone said there was another elevator I don’t know where. Reception can call a taxi for you, but it’s gonna be a higher price instead of you calling one by yourself. Employees were nice and friendly. I would recommend this hotel because I’m afraid what a 3 star would be like!!! Enjoy your stay!!

Definitely a Viennese cafe-like cafe on the ground floor. But you won't find the pictures from Vienna. The rooms are clean and nice but the maintenance of the hotel, especially at the entrance door, is not worthy of a star. Overall, a high-quality hotel in the middle of the old town.

We stayed for one night while stopping over in Sarajevo. It was shown as a 5-star hotel through the booking platform, and cost us around €200 for one night, so we expected a high standard. On arrival we were able to check in just fine. We had booked a city view, but when getting to the room noticed it was a courtyard view looking into other rooms - this didn’t bother us, as we were only staying one night, but heard other customers complaining of the same issue at reception. The TV is tiny and doesn’t work (static), the wifi is extremely slow, and the A/C doesn’t go lower than 20 degrees and also made for an extremely hot sleep. Great location, but very old and outdated and needs big upgrades!
