Deserving of its Michelin star. Superb service. Harmonious flavors in each innovative dish. Dessert was a bit of a let down, but overall a memorable experience. Also an opportune time to test a variety of wines.

Wonderful restaurant. No English spoken or English menu but we made it through OK.

Le personnel est très sympathique, le cadre est cosy et classe.
Les prix sont assez élevés. C’était bon mais nous n’en garderons pas un souvenir impérissable.
Nous avions droit au « dessert du jour » dans le menu, nous ne pouvions pas choisir. Il s’agissait d’un dessert à base d’aubergines et de fenouil. Nous n’apprécions pas ce dernier donc nous avons terminé le repas sur une petite déception.

The staff is very friendly, the setting is cozy and classy.
The prices are quite high. It was good but we won't have lasting memories of it.
We were treated to “dessert of the day” from the menu, we couldn’t choose. It was a dessert made with eggplant and fennel. We didn't like the latter so we ended the meal with a little disappointment.

On n’avait plus goûté la cuisine du chef depuis longtemps et bien je peux vous dire que là, il était en forme. Des plats d’un beau niveau avec des équilibres justes, des risques maîtrisés et le tout servi par le chef lui même en salle. Le dessert sur base de petit pois nous a scotché.
Bravo pour ça.
Le réel point faible du restaurant, c’est la carte des vins, pas du tout à la hauteur des plats. Et c’est dommage. Il faut vraiment revoir ça. Personnellement, je demanderai un droit de bouchon la prochaine fois.

Je mets 4 étoiles tout de même car la cuisine était de haut niveau.

We hadn't tasted the chef's cuisine for a long time and I can tell you that he was in good shape there. Dishes of a high standard with the right balance, controlled risks and all served by the chef himself in the dining room. The pea-based dessert amazed us.
Bravo for that.
The real weak point of the restaurant is the wine list, which is not at all up to par with the dishes. And that’s a shame. We really need to revisit this. Personally, I will ask for a corkage fee next time.

I still give it 4 stars because the cuisine was of a high standard.
