J’ai été profondément impressionnée par leur engagement et la passion transmise au travers leur cuisine.La fraîcheur des produits locaux et le respect des cycles des saisons. ‘La nature est sage, il faut l’écouter’ n’est pas seulement leur devise, mais une philosophie qu’ils incarnent avec brio dans chaque plat.

Le menu était une révélation. Chaque assiette était une œuvre d’art, reflétant l’abondance et la diversité des produits de saison. Leur talent pour marier les saveurs relevait presque de l’alchimie, créant un équilibre parfait entre acidité, salinité et douceur, une harmonie qui ravissait les papilles.

Que dire...un sans faute du début à la fin!
Si j'avais pu mettre 6 étoiles, je l'aurais fais.
Une ambiance très agréable et cosi.
Un service à la hauteur des plats et une préparation à tomber par terre.
Une explosion de saveurs à chaque bouchée, wow!
Pour une première à ce gastronomique, nous ne pouvons que recommander.
Nous avons passé une très agréable soirée, tant entre nous qu'à travers nos assiettes.
Nous reviendrons certainement faire découvrir l'établissement à notre entourage🙂

La cuisine est raffinée, bien équilibrée, le service est aux petits soins, le lieu est chic, moderne et cosi à la fois.
Une attention particulière nous a touchée pour notre anniversaire de mariage.
Le prix est en adéquation avec la qualité des produits et le travail formidable du chef.
Bref vous pouvez vous y rendre les yeux fermés.
