Grâce à Arnaud et à son équipe, j'ai passé deux réveillons gustativement au top. En effet, les plats, à la fois créatifs et savoureux, ont été préparé avec soin et présentés de manière élégante. Une fiche explicative pour la cuisson accompagnait les box. Tout avait été fait pour faciliter la préparation au domicile, et de la sorte me permettre de rester auprès de mes invités. Les portions étaient généreuses. Encore merci et à très bientôt pour un repas au sein de votre établissement.

Thanks to Arnaud and his team, I spent two New Years with great taste. Indeed, the dishes, both creative and tasty, were prepared with care and presented elegantly. An explanatory sheet for cooking accompanied the boxes. Everything had been done to facilitate preparation at home, and thus allow me to stay with my guests. The portions were generous. Je recommande vivement le service traiteur. Tout était parfait le jour de notre mariage. De la nourriture au service impeccable du personnel. Dès le début, nous avons eu un bon contact. Un endroit agréable et calme pour passer une soirée, où vous pourrez déguster une cuisine gastronomique dans une ambiance détendue et sans bling-bling inutile.  Vous ne repartirez certainement pas d’ici affamé (et sobre).  Ma femme était tout simplement ravie, tout comme moi.

A pleasant and quiet place to spend an evening, where you can enjoy gourmet cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere and without unnecessary bling-bling.  You definitely won't leave here hungry (and sober).  My wife was simply delighted, as was I.

Avant toute chose la note ne reflète pas la qualité de la cuisine qui est vraiment recherché. J'ai bien aimé pour un prix vraiment compétitif.

Cependant, par apport à la mise en bouche et l'entrée qui était assez fine, le plat et le dessert me semblait trop brute. Le plat était des rabats de lapin et le dessert une coque au chocolat, poire façon Tiramisu. C'était bon mais trop fort en bouche. Le Lapin bien cuit avait un goût très prononcé avec une farce à l'intérieur. Ce n'est pas ce que je préfère. Je préfère laisser la viande au naturel cuit dans une sauce qui reflète mieux les aromes de la sauce  mélangé au lapin. Le chocolat était noir brut. Le cacao aussi, j'ai trouvé ça légèrement écœurant ce qui est dommage car la présentation est très jolie et bien dresser. La poire était sous forme de confiture mais je pense que sous forme de sorbet cela aurait rafraîchi et aurait amené de la douceur au amer du chocolat et du cacao.

Dans l'ensemble je suis satisfait mais contrairement à l'entrée et la mise en bouche, le plat et le dessert sont trop brute à mon goût. Cependant si vous aimez les saveurs forte et brute, c'est le restaurant qu'il vous faut !

Above all, the rating does not reflect the quality of the cuisine which is really sought after. I liked it for a really competitive price.

However, compared to the appetizer and the starter which was quite fine, the main course and the dessert seemed too raw to me. The main course was rabbit flaps and the dessert was a chocolate shell, pear Tiramisu style. It was good but too strong in the mouth. The well-cooked Rabbit had a very strong flavor with stuffing inside. It's not what I prefer. I prefer to leave the meat naturally cooked in a sauce that better reflects the aromas of the sauce mixed with the rabbit. The chocolate was raw dark. The cocoa too, I found it slightly disgusting which is a shame because the presentation is very pretty and well prepared. The pear was in jam form but I think that in sorbet form it would have refreshed and brought sweetness to the bitterness of the chocolate and cocoa.

Overall I am satisfied but unlike the starter and appetizer, the main course and dessert are too raw for my taste. However, if you like strong and raw flavors, this is the restaurant for you!
