We were the first to arrive but the restaurant quickly filled up. The range of dishes for the tasting menu was great and I loved that there was a half glass option for the wine paring. This restaurant was not my first choice , but I would go back for sure!!

We had the 5 dishes menu with adjusted wines - half a glass - we were very pleased with the quality of food, service and accompanied wines!

So Kudos to the sommelier too!

Overall recommended  - atmosphere could be bit cosier since it is 1 big open dining room

Delicious food presented beautifully and paired with tasteful wines. The staff is friendly and professional. We ordered a full vegan dinner and we could not be happier with the execution of the various dishes. The prices are high but worth it. The restaurant is very well designed.

Impeccable fine dining experience. Attentive but not overbearing service. They manage to create dishes that combine a diverse and surprising set of ingredients yet make them harmonise perfectly. We didn’t take the full wine pairing option but the ones we had were great tasting and matching without a fail. Same goes for the non-alcoholic pairings.
It’s certainly one of the most costly restaurants in Gent but we felt we got our money’s worth.
