All the dishes were outstanding, but the meat was just from another world. Very professional and friendly service as well. !)

All in all, a treat!

We were three and we enjoyed a 600g ribeye steak. It filled us and had high quality. The waiter was highly attentive, and he was helpful in our choices.

Colonel is by far the best restaurant for a steak! There’s a range of cuts available on the menu or to choose from the meat counter, by the weight.

I really enjoyed the starters and the desserts too. Saint-Jacques scallop was phenomenal. Filet steak was soft and beautifully cooked to perfection.

The atmosphere at the restaurant is always great, this particular location is very bright and airy. The service is also exceptional and consistent every time.

One of my favourites in Brussels!

Super place ! Food was terrific and service was great. Definitely worth it for some awesome meat ! What’s definitely a must try is the wagyu burger, the filet, as well as pretty much everything else. They have a great selection of entrees as well. Do not miss out on the wow dessert ! (The sorbet was  not the best of the list so I wouldn’t recommend that). The chocolate fondant though was magnificent 1000000/10 ♥️

Overal a 8.9/10

Impressive quality of service and food.
We shared with 3 persons 2 starters (coquille saint Jacques and the shabu-shabu - which I could both recommend)

Further as main dishes, we took the prime entrecôte, the wagyu burger and a fresh cut, which were all delicious.

The dessert was the least in my opinion, despite a high quality vodka was served with the sorbet, the sorbet was not top line.

I would definitely recommend, and don’t forget to reserve upfront.
