Das Ambiente edel und dezent aber thematisch im Stil der Berge. Der Service locker aber äußert aufmerksam und zuvorkommend und freundlich, so soll das sein. Das Essen: Was willst sagen ausgezeichnet. Tolle Kombinationen, raffiniert umgesetzt auf den Punkt. Wahlmöglichkeit von Top Weinen sowohl regional als international.

The ambience is noble and subtle but themed in the style of the mountains. The service is relaxed but attentive, courteous and friendly, that's how it should be. The food: what can you say, excellent. Great combinations, cleverly implemented to the point. Choice of top wines both regionally and internationally.

Kilian Stuba im Travel Charme Ifen - im Kleinwalsertal. Bestens.

Das große Menü genossen.
Die einzelnen Gänge waren sensationell, dazu gab es noch viele Grüße aus der Haubenküche.

Wirklich ein besonderes Erlebnis!

Schönes Ambiente; hier wäre eine bessere Abgrenzung zum übrigen Restaurantbereich noch eine Verbesserung.

Der Service war sehr gut und auch freundlich-sympathisch.

Absolut Top Service, Bodenständig und Herzlich. Menü hat meinen Ansprüchen und Erwartungen vollauf entsprochen.
Herausgestochen ist, dass Sascha Kemmerer stets present war.

Es war eine grossartige kulinarische Reise mit den vier bzw. fünf Gängen, die wir hatten. Dazu kompetent beraten (Weinbegleitung, Käse…) und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter.

Was für ein tolles Erlebnis!
Wir hatten das 6-Gang Menu mit Weinbegleitung. Dazu kommen noch diverse Gaumenüberraschungen.
Kulinarisch gab es ein Highlight nach dem anderen. Wer sich gerne auf eine ausgeprägt aromatische und überraschende Geschmacksreise begibt, wird von Sascha Kemmerer und seinem Team definitiv verwöhnt. Sehr gut passend zum Gang jeweils der Wein. Hat Spass gemacht!

Besonders gut hat uns auch der Service und die Atmosphäre gefallen: Lisa Thiel und ihr Team haben einen wunderbaren Service geboten. Eine lockere und doch sehr professionelle Umgebung in der man sich einfach wohl gefühlt hat.
Wir waren zudem beeindruckt, wie sie die neue Auszubildende in den Service mit eingebunden haben.

Wir werden den Abend noch sehr lange in guter Erinnerung haben! Vielen Dank!

We had the 6-course menu with wine accompaniment. There are also various culinary surprises.
There was one culinary highlight after another. Anyone who likes to embark on a distinctively aromatic and surprising taste journey will definitely be spoiled by Sascha Kemmerer and his team. The wine goes very well with the course. Was fun!

We also particularly liked the service and the atmosphere: Lisa Thiel and her team provided wonderful service. A relaxed and yet very professional environment in which you simply felt comfortable.
We were also impressed by how they integrated the new trainees into the service.

We will have fond memories of the evening for a long time! Thank you!
