What a friendly staff in this hotel! Every person working there is every time really happy to see guests and to help them in any way they can. I would always come back happily to Hotel Gamshof. The breakfast is also abundant to last in the belly for a full skiing day. Rooms are truly clean and specially big. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Arrived with my family of six to ski in Kitzbühel for four days. Upon arriving at the hotel, my family received no assistance with unloading our luggage. We had to carry everything ourselves up the icy stairs, as no one came out to help. The only staff member in the lobby was unfriendly and struggled with English. When we asked for help with our six ski bags, the receptionist simply said, “put it downstairs” without providing any further instructions.

After checking in, we had to carry all our luggage up to the third floor ourselves. The rooms were quite small, with limited storage space, and the mattresses were uncomfortably stiff and hard. To make matters worse, the bathroom towels had hair on them and carried an unpleasant odor.

We stayed only 1 night in Hotel Gamshof, the huge room, comfortable beds and lovely breakfast on the terrace were amazing. What amazed me the most was the way the staff communicated before our stay. The system with the booking tool  via email is amazing. Upon arrival the host asked us if we would need dog beds for our girls, but we brought our own. The girls even received cookies in the room!  Great value and would love to stay here again next time.

I was in Kitzbühel for a business meeting in May. Looking for a budget option, I booked Gamshof, not expecting too much. So it turned out to be a nice surprise - very friendly welcome, great room, great breakfast. And when I needed ironing my shirts, the team was very helpful with borrowing the necessary equipment. Johannes and his family are great hosts, whenever I will go to Kitzbühel again, I hope I will find an available room in Gamshof!

Amazing service. Great quiet rooms. Perfect location. This hotel really rocks.
The kids woke up saying "we love this hotel". The inly problem is that our stay was too short and my wife doesn't want to go back home. Lucky you if you get to stay here.
