We stayed 4 nights and had a fabulous time.

The food is amazing! We had breakfast every day, lunch and dinner once (respectively).

The service is top notch and you truly feel like this is a home vs a hotel. Every night Trina (spelling) made us feel like the lounge was OUR living room. We will miss her!

Transport from the train and to/from the slopes was seamless with their driver/shuttle. We were there during a slower time so it was easy to get where we wanted to go. Prepare for longer waits if it’s a busy time.

The food is so good here you might feel guilty for wanting to eat every meal at your hotel!

The rooms are nicely updated but with the classic Austrian farm house architecture.

We never met the overall hotel manager but if we had we would have complimented them on the entire team from house keeping, to front desk, servers and of course our bartender!

This is an excellent choice when wanting to relax and get way from some of the more pretentious choices in Kitzbhul.

Warning US travelers…spa area is co ed. You may run into a naked opposite sex when using the sauna. I guess that’s ok in Europe but was a bit of a surprise for me! It’s a great story tell….

We stayed at the Tennerhof for several days during our honeymoon this December. We can't say enough good things about this property. Full of warmth, charm, and history, we received the best service and were extremely well taken care of. We stayed in the Franz Josef suite that had the postcard perfect view over Kitzbuhel and a warm fireplace to enjoy after a long day of skiing. Do not skip the breakfast - what an incredible spread. If you want to stay somewhere that has all the luxuries of a five star hotel but the character of a bed and breakfast, this place is for you. Many thanks to Marianna and Mia for all their help. We look forward to our next visit.

The breakfast on the sun terrace with wide  view over Kitzbühel and surrounding mountains was marvelous. The best and highest quality selection of regional foods and drinks, European style. You really shouldn't miss it. The entire hotel, it's garden and Spa area with heated seats and outdoor pool invite for relaxation and freeing your mind. Special Thanks to the Tennerhof staff for the great service. The five stars are more than deserved.

We just left the Tennerhof this morning, and I already miss it! This place is fantastic.

The service is beyond top notch. The food is wonderful. We ate many of our meals right there because not only was the food excellent, the service was incredible.

Thanks to Katerina and Francesca for their excellent recommendations and care at breakfast & lunch.

The spa is lovely - and almost always empty. They were able to accommodate me for a massage and a facial like it was no problem the day I arrived.

In fact, everything at Tennerhof is "no problem".

You will NOT be disappointed in the Tennerhof, unless you're LOOKING for a large, faceless, nameless hotel where every room has the same boring furniture.

From arrival to departure, you can't believe how well you'll be taken care of.

Tennerhof is simply incredible -- from the service to the breakfast to the hotel spa. We stayed as a group of friends in the chalet and in rooms in the hotel, and both experiences were fantastic. The chalet was huge with ample space for five of us, a fireplace, private sauna and an incredible view of the town from its wrap-around private balcony. The hotel staff were the most gracious, welcoming and helpful I've ever experienced. We had an issue arise with one of the ski rental shops in town and they managed to sort it out entirely for us (even though we didn't ask and it wasn't their responsibility). Their shuttle drivers were so kind and provided easy service to town. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Kitzbuhel - I hope to go back very soon. Thank you Tennerhof for everything!
