A-ROSA in Kitzbühel is a comfortable modern hotel built in the style of a medieval castle.  We went there for ski holidays, and we were so satisfied that we surely will come back.  The rooms are well furnushed and equipped, the restaurants are great and there is a fantastc spa.  Ski shuttles are available throughout the whole day with a minimal or no waiting time - ski storage next to the reception.  Hotel is slightly outside the centre, but it is still a walking distance - it is logical that in the centre it would not be possible to get a space for all facilities of the hotel.

Coming here for the 5th time and very disappointing this year.The rooms are very hot and don’t have air conditioning, it was 27*C and just unbearable. Some of the staff at the lobby are extremely rude and totally different from what we were used to the past years. The young lady should be nicer with customers… it’s a pity as the resort is amazing and the staff at the restaurant really nice.

Super beautiful place with excellent service and staff who care about your enjoyment. The ski staff were helpful and accommodating at Intersport.  The food was excellent and there were many vegan and vegetarian options. The spa is amazing with a gorgeous pool that goes from inside to out and a well equipped fitness center.  The place is excellent for both families and adults, for a vacation or business trip, and is well designed for one to meet others in the hotel as it has a communal feel.  The only negative is that it is out of town and requires a 5-10 minute ride via a free shuttle, but one runs every 5 -10 minutes.

The cocktail was amazing!!! Very creative and the main bartender was super nice and enthusiastic about what he does. The steakhouse was beyond reasonable (price wise) and the food was fantastic there, we will definitely return!

My partner and I recently had an unforgettable stay at A-Rosa Hotel, and it was hands down the best experience we've had in years! From the moment we arrived, we knew this was going to be a special vacation.

The room we booked was a suite, and it exceeded all our expectations. Spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The real highlight, though, was the breathtaking view of the mountains right outside our window. Waking up to such a stunning vista every morning was truly a dream come true.

One concern I had before our stay was the potential noise from the bar area since I'm quite sensitive to sound. However, I'm delighted to report that the room's soundproofing was exceptional. Not a single disturbance reached us, and we were able to enjoy peaceful nights throughout our stay.

Our booking included half board, and both breakfast and dinner were delightful culinary experiences. The breakfast buffet was nothing short of impressive - a vast array of options that catered to all tastes and dietary preferences, including options for vegetarians and those with allergies like lactose intolerance. We started our days with a smile, thanks to the fantastic morning spread.

Dinner was served in buffet style, but it was anything but ordinary. The quality of the food was remarkable, surpassing my expectations for a typical buffet. It was a pleasure to see the variety and freshness of the dishes offered. The best part was that you could go back for seconds (or thirds!) without any hassle. The staff also went out of their way to ensure our dining experience was delightful, always ready to assist with anything we needed.

Speaking of the staff, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Their dedication to making our stay memorable was evident in every interaction we had with them. From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful tips on exploring the local area, their hospitality was second to none.

A-Rosa Hotel provided us with the perfect backdrop for a romantic getaway. The serene ambiance, combined with the stunning natural surroundings, made for a truly magical experience. We'll cherish the memories of this trip for years to come, all thanks to the wonderful team at A-Rosa Hotel.
