Loved this hotel. Bedroom was very cool even in height of summer with no air con. Staff were friendly. Walking distance to the lake and a supermarket. Right beside cable car.

Breakfast could have been better. Birthday party was held for a staff member that went on into the early hours of the morning and was quite noisy...

Went for lunch here. The food was really good ! Really big portions and the fries are homemade. The waitress was very nice to us also. What really frustrated me is that the waitress brought us the bill and kept saying that it needed to be in cash because she couldn't change the transaction in the system. If I am a customer and I request to pay with card for a 50 Euro meal, this shouldn't be a discussion. Can you not simply cancel the bill in your system and create a new one? In the end I didn't want to make a scene and went to the car to find some spare cash.

We stayed there for 3 nights on a half board deal which was ideal for us. The rooms are very dated but clean. The food for breakfast and the evening meal was tasty and plenty of it 😁👍. Ideal location right next to the gondola station if you like the mountains or close to the cycle paths to the lake or the routes to alms up in the alps.

Not sure why the reviews are low here, I have no major issues with this place. It's quiet enough. It has clean and decent sized rooms. Plenty of parking. Nice views. Didn't try food downstairs... Receptionist spoke English and Russian, and German of course...
yes, wifi cuts in and out and not very strong. Mattress could be better. TV could be bigger I guess...
Feels fairly priced tho

I think it's the only affordable option around. Rooms are little outdated but of decent size,  atmosphere is frendly, views are nice, good restaurant and bar, close vicinity to cable car station
