The team at Zhero couldn't do enough to make our stay amazing. From the first welcome to the hotel by Oskar - to the Ski hire with Stefan... everything way amazing. Great food, lovely atmosphere, the spa/pool was top notch. The shuttle service to/from Ischgl and Kappl was great and hassle free. Couldn't fault a thing.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Zhero Hotel in Ischgl, Austria, and it truly exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Andrej,in particular, stood out with his unwavering helpfulness and warm hospitality. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, always offering great recommendations and ensuring all our needs were met with a smile.

We opted for the in-house meals most night and the food was absolutely delicious. Only trouble is that the 5 course can be very filling as the portions are very generous. Always go with what the chef recommends as they hit every taste bud and more.

The hotel itself is stunning – modern, stylish, and impeccably clean. The spa area was a highlight, with its serene atmosphere and luxurious amenities. It was evident that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the cleanliness and relaxation of the space, which made it the perfect place to unwind after a day on the slopes.

A special mention must go to the owner, who was incredibly generous and attentive throughout our stay. It was clear that the personal touch and care for the guests are at the heart of everything here, which truly made our experience feel unique.

I would highly recommend Zhero Hotel to anyone visiting Ischgl. The combination of outstanding service, stunning accommodations, and attention to detail made it an unforgettable stay. Thank you, Andreh, the team, and the owner for making this trip so special.

Great staff and hospitality. Andrej was exceptional along with all the other reception staff. A huge thank you to the Head chef who accommodated to our dietry needs! The hotel just needs a jacuzzi and it would top all hotels in the area!

This place was really good. The shuttle service to the ski places was really nice and easy makes the holiday even better. They were really friendly at this hotel, also the food was good especially the breakfast was amazing , nice atmosphere , friendly people working there. Rooms were also clean , had everything you needed. Ski depot also easy to use. We will definitely come back to this place for sure. The only small negative point I have is there were to manny children running around in the wellness area.. but other than that overall fantastic :-)

Great experience from arrival and check in through to our departure and check out. Super friendly, informed, helpful staff across all areas of the hotel. Food was excellent, the spa facilities are top of the range, with complimentary drinks, fruit and more helpful staff. Ski hire was easy and for us perfect. Top it all of with a free shuttle service to and from anywhere (within reason) We will be back
