Amazing location, 50m to the lift station. Rooftop pool and jacuzzi so great also.

Our room was very uncomfortable however. We turned the heat right down and opened all windows and it's still way too hot. We let the staff know and they said they'd fix it but didn't. This meant we couldn't sleep properly which is a major problem.

Very good hotel, ideally located, food is delicious. A huge wine list.

One point for improvement and confirmed by other guests when we stayed over, the wines on the list are overpriced in comparison with shop prices. They need to change their pricing formula.

Sweet and sour experience.
Pros:
- location: probably one of the best! 50m to end of the run to town, easy access to 2 main the gondolas. Close to apres-ski activities.
- spa: facilities-wise are really good and the rooftop heated pool and jacuzzi with the view of the slopes is amazing. The massage was excellent!!!
- restaurant: compliments to the chef.
- room: very clean and spacious also non deluxe rooms.

A few drawbacks:
- Spa&pool facilities are spread between 3 different floors which requires traveling around the hotel. No infrared sauna.
- ski room accessibility could improve, no elevator.

Unfortunately due to family emergency, one of the two members in the room had to checkout a few days earlier l. The hotel insisted to continue to charge full price for the upgraded room (there were no available standard rooms). Such a family run hotel the feeling and attitude you would expect to get should be  hearty and empathetic to the situation and not focus on policies. The feeling was we should be thankful they didn’t charge other extras like cancellation of spa treatments 7 hours in advanced instead of 8.
The day of the emergency the hotel was optimizing for the wrong things. I’ll continue to come to Ischgl but chose a different hotel.

Rooftop pool and dinner/breakfast were excellent however they charged €7.5 euros for a bottle of their own filtered water from a tap into a reusable 70cl bottle.

We requested a late checkout which was not possible however we were able to change and shower in the spa which was absolutely 1st class. Unfortunately when we asked when the apres food was being put out, they said you have checked out and it’s not for you! This seemed a little harsh when you are talking a couple of olives and we had spent over €9k on our 5 night stay.

Overall a great few days and had we not been charged for the tap water would look to go back.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Fliana in Ischgl and I must say it was an amazing experience. My stay was made even more enjoyable by the exceptional service provided by the hotel's personnel, especially our waiter Rui. He was an extremely kind and friendly guy, and his service was truly exceptional.

The hotel itself is well-maintained and has a warm, welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest.

Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Fliana to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Ischgl. The five-star rating is well-deserved, and I can't say enough good things about the exceptional service provided by the personnel, especially Rui.
