Old, and a "good" old at that. Very reminiscent of Greek stores in the 1970s.

I had nothing to complain about, in fact I can even offer praise. From the service, to the atmosphere, to the Viennese hot chocolate which we came here for it was all quaint, calm, and even a bit humorous.

Maybe my exploration of the store's menu is not intensive, but the vibe is nostalgic, and the chocolate, to be perfectly clear, was really tasty.

I give it five stars because I had a "five star" time.

The cafe is stylish, old fashion ambiance and good atmosphere, think this is the main selling point, breakfast is average. It was quiet in the early morning. Very unfortunately, the waiter’s attitude was bad, he appeared impatient and even threw the change onto the table. Completely undermining the enjoyment of the dining experience.

While the coffee and service were good, it was the setting and atmosphere that made the experience special. The oldest cafe Salzburg with a great view of the old town. Had the popular white sausages for the first time and it was great. Try a cup of hot chocolate with whipped cream, that was delicious! The pretzel and coffee were just okay. I’ll come and stay for just the relaxing view alone.

An ancient cafe right in the middle of the old town. A bit expensive like everything in the city, but the staff will ensure you have a great time! Ambience of the cafe is very cool, you would feel like you have been teleported to ancient time. We just had coffee and snack, which were both decent. In case you are done roaming around the old town, a good spot to relax and rest!
