Charming little hotel short walking distance from the city centre. It feels like a family-run place with staff treating everyone like the most important guest that they ever had. They were always keen to make sure we had everything we needed. The decor gives the place a nice vibe, the location is about 15 minutes walk from the centre but we enjoyed exploring the little back streets of Tirana every single time. If you are in a rush, you can just follow the main street in a straight line to get to the centre. Perfect hotel for a city break.

This was a brilliant place to stay in Tirana. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The location was handy. And the breakfast included was good. I also really liked the rooms and the style of the hotel. Hard to fault. Would stay again.

Bunker room, basement room, windows of 35 vms height, being at street level , very noisy, the lights of vehicules hit the tinny windows and the room lights up a 2, 4 , 5 in the morning. Ive ask to cancell the reservation, no luck, no extra rooms, no solution

Ive book this room on the hotel website and they did not inform of the situation of the room. They say i booked a basement room, but no they do no say anything about It.  Who in their right mind would book a noisy basement for holidays?

I guess the rest of the rooms, have windows and less noise, but the basements ones are quite terrible, and yes, smells like a basement, sound like a basement,  with the water pipes or else, making noise every time flushed.

The bathroom is also quite curious.

I should have read better the reviews , all the bad ones are about these dungeons.

This hotel does not answer emails or respond to any requests. They don't even send you a booking confirmation.

I asked for a booking confirmation and they ignored me, so I cancelled our stay with four months notice, as I had heard nothing from them, and wasn't sure I even had a booking.

This cancellation gave them plenty of notice and was within their own cancellation policy, but they still took the money out of our bank account!

There is something inherently dishonest about this behaviour.

Excellent beds and rooms. The pillows were the perfect amount of firmness. However the customer service was bad. After making the booking, I needed to shorten my stay by one day. I emailed the hotel as this was the only instructions on the website to modify your stay. I never heard back but I figured I would explain when I checked in and show the email and how they had ever responded. They told me I still had to pay for all three nights. This really irritated me as it was the hotel that ignored me.
