The food is tasty, but unfortunately the price does not justify it. The ambiance is also comfortable, but surrounded by not very friendly staff which makes the stay not the best it could be.

I came here because I saw no people and thought it would be a quiet place. But I was wrong. The staff was arguing with each other and they didn’t care about the costumers. Food was average for the price!

Tiran da yediğim en güzel dondurma olmasına rağmen çalışanlar bize çok kaba davrandı. Külahta dondurma yemek istediğimiz için bize oturmayacağımızı söyledirler. Erimiş olan dondurmayı zorla vermek istediler. Erkek olan çalışan uğraşmak bile istemedi bırakıp gitti. Bu kadar lezzetli bir dondurmayken tavırlarının böyle olması üzücüydü.

Even though it was the best ice cream I had in Tirana, the employees were very rude to us. Because we wanted to eat ice cream in a cone, they told us we couldn't sit down. They wanted to give me the melted ice cream by force. The male employee didn't even want to deal with it and left. It was sad that their attitude was like this when it was such a delicious ice cream.
