I visited this restaurant because of the recommendations on Michelin Guide. What a disappointment! Perhaps I had an expectation that it would be good based on my experience visiting restaurants on the guide. The service is ok, but I am surprised they charged for a wet towel and the packed peanuts provided as a snack. The deco is very interesting but it is noisy. Since many customers ordered hotpot, it is very warm in the restaurant. The disappointment is about the food. The chicken is tough and overcooked. The vegetables are old. The cow tongue is again very tough. I will not visit this restaurant again.

This gorgeous intimate dining spot well deserved a Michelin Bib Gourmand honor for delivering absurd levels of flavor in in incredibly unique dishes.

Do I personally enjoy heaps of offal and seafood in a hotpot as a primary complement of flavor? No I am more of a spices person. It’s not my thing. Did I appreciate the intensity of depth of this broth flavored by crabs and pigeons and poultry oysters? Of course. Were more traditional things like beef stir fry with pickles excellent? Yes.

Don’t go out of your way if you’re not into this fare, but please do if you are or have always dreamed of eating a whole sturgeon.

Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant fell far below expectations. The dishes we ordered were of exceptionally poor quality. The tongue was rubbery and almost inedible, and the duck was dry with hardly any meat. The frog legs, which should have been tender and falling off the bone, were tough and lacked flavor. The shrimp were tiny and served with starfruit, which didn’t match our tastes at all.

The staff tried to convince us that the dishes were supposed to look and taste this way, which only added to our disappointment. We were shocked and disappointed, especially considering this restaurant has a Michelin recommendation for both 2023 and 2024. While prices are reasonable, the quality of the food is absolutely below expectations.

The only positive was the professionalism of the manager, who responded to our feedback and did not charge us for the dishes we returned. Nevertheless, we cannot recommend this restaurant – the entire experience was far from the standards suggested by its accolades.

Authentic vietnam restaurant dont forget to order the chicken is really unique and yummy.

Herbal tea is also nice.

Will come back for sure if come to hanoi.

Service is quite slow and they dont really understand english but its ok the yummy food help to cover hahaha 😂

Honestly, the food tastes very average and we’ve ordered the signature dishes…the service didn’t meet the expectation at all and all dishes were served in a very slow manner. Very disappointed given the price is also not cheap so you would expected something much better.
