The restaurant is quite spacious, with both indoor and outdoor area, looks new and clean with lots of green trees. The staff is polite and attentive. They also explain the dishes in detail if customers have any questions. The restaurant wants to bring a new culinary experience by creating new recipes. However, I am not impressed with their dishes. The spices and ingredients do not go together. The random combination of ingredients and spices gives disjointed results, difficult to say it is delicious. The prices are set high for both food and drinks.

The experience is amazing ❤️❤️❤️
We spent more than 6 hours there.and went back again for the next time.
The food is creative , delicate And delicious.
The chef is very friendly and service is on top of things.
Will definitely come back again.

An’s Saigon is a gem for anyone seeking an elevated Vietnamese dining experience.
The dishes are beautifully plated, with creative twists that highlight the essence of Vietnamese flavors in a refreshing way. I love the way they played with Thì Là. I tried Bulot lá lốt, tôm bánh quẩy, Smoked salmon watermelon, rau càng cua & cua, cơm chiên cua. The most impressed ones are Bulot lá lốt, Smoked salmon watermelon, rau càng cua & cua.

The ambiance is cozy yet sophisticated, set in a charming villa that feels both intimate and upscale.

While it might lean toward the pricier side, it’s worth it for a special occasion or to indulge in something unique. Definitely a place to return to!

Total Foodie Gem!

We dined our way through so many wonderful places in HCMC and An's Saigon is our #1 pick - there's a very special quality here with 1) delicious food 2) satisfying portions 3) creative cuisine and the Chef's Table!  We had so much fun - fellow diners are fun, Chef Thuong and his impeccable Team - Mang, and ALL - make my husband and I feel so welcome.

We did the Chefs Table.  Arrived in a beautiful hidden courtyard - and loved seeing the herb garden, the various fermentations that Chef and his team creates.  We are seated at a lovely room and the magic begins - with our own garden at our seat.

The short rib and the special fragrant rice was delicious.  The squid and dried bamboo dish was creative, the deconstructed shrimp roll was clever.  Desserts with the cotton candy spun in front of us enveloping an apricot was so much fun.

We want to come back for the a la Carte menu - which has some very delicious looking local favorites too.  And their coffee.  Must come back.

Location is in District 2 - which is quieter and just a short grab/taxi from our hotel villa so it worked out nicely.

A peaceful and quiet place for morning coffee and brunch (though sometimes crowed in the weekends).
For brunch and lunch, I personally love the rice dish and highly recommend it (I forgot to take photo since I finished it too fast LOL). I also love the salad here as you can taste how fresh it is and it complements well with other dishes too.
For dinner, they have chef course, which is a totally different setting and atmosphere, where you sit in a room with chef serving dishes and explaining the meaning of the dish, the inspiration and the origin of the ingredients. I can’t explain well with words and it’s something you can only feel when you experience it. It will worth every penny of yours. In addition you need to book in advance for chef course.
The staff here are friendly and caring, to the point where I feel like we are friends. Though some cases I saw a few people being reminded politely of their etiquette at the cafe area. Please be mindful of your surroundings and other guests 😊 since everyone wants to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere with their friends.
The restaurant team is also heeding to your comments and suggestions. I feel like the team here is very self driven to refine themselves to a better version everyday.
