Man Moi is an exemplary restaurant showcasing the creativity of Vietnamese cuisine and culture. I’ve never seen Vietnamese food presented as fine dining or tasted any of the dishes here before, and this restaurant expanded my knowledge of food. Every dish was delicious and beautifully presented - the menu is pretty extensive, so you can see that a lot of heart and work went into this restaurant.

The restaurant is beautifully and mindfully decorated. Also thank you so much to Ngan, for the best service we received in Vietnam. She gave us amazing recommendations (especially the amazing dessert selection) and was so friendly.

Definitely a highlight during our trip to Vietnam.

From the moment we stepped in, the ambiance was absolutely enchanting! The combination of cozy seating, lush greenery, and artistic touches created such a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to relax, enjoy a delicious meal.

The restaurant staff is exceptional in making sure everything was perfect and comfortable. Special thanks to the F&B attendant Mr. Du for his meticulate, attentive, and friendly service.

Stunning space at night - really lovely atmosphere. Huge menu filled with fresh, local, high quality ingredients. The salads here with local fruit/veg are incredible. Highlights of our dinner were the rambutan salad and the eel sausage! Friendly service and clean bathrooms too

I dined here for lunch and I had one of the best meals of my life. I’ve never had fine Vietnamese cuisine like that. I’m from New York City and I don’t recall experiencing Vietnamese cuisine like I did at this fine place. The food and service were top notch and atmosphere was great. The ingredients were of high quality. I specially enjoyed the rice dish with a crunchy exterior and it was so savory. The rumbutan salad with catfish cheeks was great. The banh mi sandwiches were of high quality with an excellent pate. I had a refreshing cocktail drink which was unique. The flavors exploded in my mouth. I was definitely in food heaven. Thank you for the amazing dining experience!

It was so perfect! We really love the food, service and ambience. We ordered fine vermicelli with grilled beef (the beef was well marinated and melted in your mouth), fried chicken in pandan leaf wrap (the chicken was so juicy), wild mixed veggies soup, toddy palm sweet soup (perfect dessert to close the dinner)
