Visited this hotel in September 2024. It was an incredible trip. The staff at the hotel are the best. There’s nothing they can’t do for you so generous very genuine incredibly kind. The hotel itself is beautifully designed the lobby the rooms the spa are all perfect. It’s incredibly clean and well presented quiet and peaceful. The restaurant is wonderful excellent food beautiful views fantastic dining experience. A fantastic trip I would certainly stay here again. The whole hotel is absolutely beautiful and the team are some of the best service I’ve ever had. in particular they were very supportive when I hurt myself at one point and they surprised my mum with a happy birthday cake for her 80th birthday surprise without me even asking such a thoughtful and kind team

My wife and I had stayed in Istanbul for 5 nights and we only stayed at Ajwa for our last night and we both had wished we had stayed there for our whole duration in Istanbul. The team from the Concierge, Restaurant(which the food is amazing), bell team to the cleaners are amazing. They really do go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing time throughout your stay. The rooms are grand, spacious and decor is beautiful. Buffet breakfast is a must with the service and of course the delicious food on offer. Spa is something not to miss out on with the incredible services. Stayed in many amazing hotels but must say we definitely know where we will be staying from now on when we come back to Istanbul and will definitely be making sure our family and friends to stay there too.

An excellent hotel! I believe this is the best hotel in Istanbul for first time visitors, because you get to stay close by the major tourist sites in a hotel that makes you feel like a Sultan! The rooms and hotel areas are stunning and well fit the area. The dinner restaurant is quite tasty as well. Breakfast selection is a bit limited, but all the items are quite tasty, and the Turkish sausage was critical. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for the week and loved our stay. We were made to feel like we were at home. Staff were attentive and food delicious. Everything you would expect from a 5 star, cleanliness, facilities and concierge all excellent. Location is fantastic for sites and restaurants but note this is a touristy area so expect tourist prices.

My stay at this hotel was decent, but it felt more like the quality of a solid three-star property rather than anything exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable, but nothing particularly stood out.

The breakfast was not what you’d expect from a higher-end hotel. It lacked variety and freshness, more akin to a simple buffet rather than a five-star experience.

I also booked a Turkish bath at the hotel which was a disappointment. The service felt very rushed, and the staff seemed more focused on getting through the session quickly rather than providing a professional and relaxing experience.

Overall, it’s a fine place to stay if you’re looking for basic accommodations, but don’t expect luxury-level services.
