Top notch service that sets them apart from the others. Can’t say enough good things about all of the staff members from security, to valet, guest relations and room service.

Rooms have wonderful view of Bosphorus. Food is also really yummy.

Highly recommended and a must visit even just for breakfast if you aren’t staying at the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Ciragan Palace Kempinski in Istanbul with my family, expecting an exceptional experience given its five-star reputation. Unfortunately, we were more than disappointed.

The most glaring issue was the service at the restaurant. I've never experienced such poor service in Turkey, and we visit regularly. Each morning, we were left waiting far too long for basic requests. On several occasions, I had to ask for coffee up to three times before it was brought to the table. Even more frustrating, simple orders like pancakes never arrived, despite repeated reminders. The waitstaff seemed completely disinterested and unprofessional – not once did they show any respect or attentiveness, which is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

This level of service was consistent throughout our stay, and it completely overshadowed any of the hotel's supposed luxury. For a property that charges top-tier rates, I expected far better, especially in terms of customer service.

Unfortunately, we will not be returning to Ciragan Palace Kempinski, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a genuinely five-star experience.

I had a few events here, and the most special was my child’s 1st birthday party. it was very well organized, they tried to accommodate our wishes, and we had fun. Recommend!

Stayed for a friend’s wedding. Great hotel, very classic and traditional.

The hotel is attached to the place so it was great walking through and seeing and learning about the history.

Great restaurants.

The location was a bit annoying because the traffic on the road is always heavy and single lane. Can wait a while in taxis.

We had a very warm welcome and tour when we arrived and got introduced to the services offered and our room. This hotel is one of its kind on so many levels. We enjoyed breakfast, afternoon cakes, dinner, room service and cocktails. The quality of the service and dishes or drinks was always excellent, as expected in such a hotel.
The only sad party, and I was close to considering rating a star less, was that there are always conversations, weddings, private parties, why you cant fully enjoy the hotel and everything offered.
On the other hand the pool, garden and palast are exceptional.
