Staff are a highlight, really friendly and helpful. Location is great for Fisherman’s Village, which has tons of food options (and more) for those who prefer variety beyond the hotel restaurant.

Room is huge, with a great shower. The deluxe room has a partial sea view. However, it did feel a bit damp our whole stay, so worth upgrading the ventilation system. Not a fan of the minimal-privacy toilet but seems to be common these days.

Really nice pool- I do prefer the sea but the weather was not great while we were there. Spa was also very nice, had two excellent massages.

Would definitely recommend booking direct, we got a package with two free massages, airport transfers, late checkout, tour of the island and free meal all included! (For the same price as what Booking advertised)

Despite the floods, we spent a lovely time in this beautiful hotel.
The view is amazing on the pool and the see and the staff is adorable.
The staff of the bar always offered us some games etc. They were always taking care to not receive any rain and protecting us.
The massage also was was of the best I got (I refused to do others after this perfect one :)).
The location is also perfect as it is at the entrance of the fisherman market.
A big thank to all the teams that contributed to a perfect journey despite the floods and we hope to will back soon :)

Unbelievable stay. The staff couldn’t have been friendlier, and we felt everything was so convenient. Right on the beach, 2 min walk from the village activities, great food, great people.

The room was so so clean and weird to say but the bed sheets were so comfortable. Seriously this place nails the little details!

If I’m in Hanoi no question I’m going back here. Great value for money!!!

An update since my review:
Hansar team reached us and suggested a kind offer for next time or a partial refund.
I think this shows as a great service and the care of the guests satisfaction. Thank you very much Hansar! Much appreciate it.

The good:
* Location location location - Perfect.
Close to the fishermen’s village by walking distance
* The private beach is awesome and well kept
* The pool size is nice
* All rooms have sea view
* The service is very friendly and helpful a lot.
* Breakfast is good with large variety of food

The (very) bad:
We took two interconnecting rooms, for family of 2+2.
One of the rooms was well maintained, the other had a bad smell of mold.
We asked the reception for their service and they brought us a small air-con and seems that they were already aware of the problem, as we were welcomed with another one already inside the room.
Both the rooms are dated and not maintained.

Bottom line, although many good sides, I don’t think we’ll be coming back soon, as there are better options out there.

The location is Excellent. The Breakfast is horrible. The rooms are below average, the bed isn't the most comfortable. The air conditioner was horrible, they had to fix mine at midnight, I tried calling them earlier yet no one answered so I had to resort to calling the hotel from my mobile phone. The staff are nice but regardless if you have a do not disturb sign up or not they will knock on your door like there is no tomorrow. The hotel wasn't cheap which is why all the mentioned points were disappointing but at least the location was really good as mentioned.
