My husband and I came here for our honeymoon. We had a fantastic experience! The staff are wonderful and kind. The pools and the beach area are lovey, we never had a problem finding beach chairs (Jan 2025). My husband and I walked along the beach and looked at other hotels and honestly we were so happy with our choice of the Chaweng Regent. It’s central and close to many bars and restaurants.

We have just returned from a 17 night stay over Christmas and New Years Eve.
Such a lovely hotel with amazing staff.

Jeen at reception went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. He was very welcoming and friendly and amazing with our two children. He is a real credit to the hotel and he really made our holiday special.

We will for sure return, such a great location, clean and tidy hotel, excellent facilities and lovely staff! Thank you x

Love the layout of the hotel, this truly felt like a paradise getaway. The first room we moved into had a very bad mould smell, however the second room was much better. The pool is beautiful, staff are very friendly and accommodating, location is amazing - basically in the centre of Chaweng Beach. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.

Wouldn’t even bother booking this hotel at all, it’s not worth the money.

Booked for 5 nights cost over £1200 in English only stayed for 4 nights as our flight was delayed.

The hotel looks nothing like the photos, slapped us with a 3000baht bill at the end of it.

Rooms dirty full of insects, the bath that we paid extra for was dirty and the cleaners didn’t bother to go outside and clean it before or during our stay at the hotel

The bathroom had a leak and water coming out of it they cleaned the floor and left, the cleaners don’t listen to what I asked .

The night we got to the hotel I realised there was a mark on our bedsheets so I requested to have them changed and they completely ignored me.

Location is perfect and the view is lovely on the beach that’s the only thing I would recommend other than that I would never be staying there again.

Our family of six had an outstanding experience here. We reserved two separate rooms for a total of four nights. During our stay, one group from our family was celebrating their honeymoon. I had informed the hotel ahead of time, and they beautifully decorated the room, adding a very thoughtful touch. It was our first visit to Samui, and staying at this hotel was a highlight of our trip. The location was extremely convenient, just steps away from the downtown area, offering plenty to see and eat. Check-in at the front desk was smooth and easy, with the staff being very friendly and helpful. We were traveling with an infant and had forgotten to request a baby cot in advance, but the staff was accommodating and not only provided a cot but also upgraded us to a suite for our last two nights. The breakfast area, located right in front of the beach, offered a fantastic view of the ocean. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful greenery and provides free private activities for both kids and adults, which need to be booked a day in advance. Our 11-year-old son took private Muay Thai classes and thoroughly enjoyed them and the prices were reasonable. Overall, we had an excellent time at this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Samui.
