Stayed in the pool villa.  It was amazing!! Staff was friendly, amenities were great, the kids club was easy going and truly fun for the 4yr and 2yr old.

Breakfast buffet was delicious!

Loved every aspect of our stay.

The hotel is just 5-min from airport and 15-min walk to Chewang beach. Very convenient location.

We stayed in pool access villa which is superb. The villa is very spacious and well renovated. The pool is larger than expected. It’s shared by 7 villa. It’s particularly good for family with kids.

The spa was awesome. Very professional and warm services.

Will definitely go again!

My stay at this hotel for my honeymoon was far from satisfactory. While I had high hopes for a relaxing and enjoyable experience, several aspects of the hotel left much to be desired:

Location: The hotel is inconveniently located far from major attractions and amenities. Both the hotel facilities (like the lobby and dining areas) and external activities required significant travel time (often using buggies).

Pricing: Everything felt overpriced, from food to massages. The value for money was poor, especially given the service quality.

Service: While some staff members were unprofessional and dismissive, making us feel like they were doing us a favor, it’s important to highlight a few exceptions. The receptionists were incredibly welcoming and helpful, and RK from the breakfast service stood out as an excellent waiter, ensuring we felt cared for and providing exceptional service.

Cleanliness and Maintenance: Certain parts of the hotel had an unpleasant sewer-like smell, which is unacceptable for a 5-star property. Additionally, the gym facilities were substandard and not up to the expectations of a luxury hotel.

Massage Experience: The spa was particularly disappointing. Despite the high cost, the massage was substandard, with therapists wasting time and including breaks as part of the paid session. The time promised for the actual massage was not delivered, as much of it was consumed by unrelated activities. Even after raising concerns, the compensation offered was minimal and felt inadequate.

Breakfast: The breakfast was the one positive aspect of our stay. While it met expectations and provided a pleasant start to the day, it couldn’t compensate for the many other shortcomings.

In summary, this hotel did not live up to its 5-star rating. Between the inconvenient location, inconsistent service, and lack of value for money, I cannot recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and premium experience.

We stayed at this amazing stunning  hotel for 5 night .
It was a perfect experience.
Rooms breakfast beach and the staff were absolutely perfect .
An unforgettable experience.
We must thank again to Romi , a staff member at the reception who made our stay even more perfect .
Anything we ask or needed he was there to help .
The only thing we didn’t like so much are the restaurants at the hotel
Expensive and not so good
Better to dine outside the hotel .
We will come back 🙏💜

We chose this hotel as the final destination for our honeymoon, based on glowing recommendations, but unfortunately, our experience was far from what we expected. It seems the quality has declined significantly, while the price remains high.
The service was not up to the standard of a 5-star hotel. The staff, while polite, didn’t display the level of kindness or attentiveness you’d expect. This was evident in several areas, including the reception, the club car services, and the lack of convenience at the pool and beach, where we had to go and order ourselves. For a hotel of this caliber, this was disappointing.
There were also issues with the facilities. The smell in the bathrooms was unpleasant, and we were disturbed by noise from outside our room— it felt like the windows and doors were not properly sealed.
Breakfast service was another letdown. On several mornings, we had to wait an excessive amount of time for coffee, around 20 minutes, which felt unnecessary for a hotel of this standard, and that's just one example.
On Christmas, they set up the beach for a holiday dinner, which was a nice touch. However, they also dug holes and built structures just one meter away from us, which made it impossible to relax— it honestly felt like a joke during what should have been a tranquil moment.
As a goodwill gesture, they offered to cover all of our restaurant expenses and even paid for our taxi to the airport (around 400 THB), which we truly appreciated.
We spent over 90,000 THB for 6 nights and another 6,000 THB on food and drinks, and unfortunately, the overall experience did not match the price. It’s a shame because we had high expectations, but the reality fell short. Even with the kind gestures and the clear effort to make up for the issues, we will not be returning to this hotel.
