Really great Rad Na and Pad Si Ew. The broad noodles have a nice smokey taste from being stir-fried at a very high temperature. Served with high-quality pork meat or seafood. My favourite is Rad Na with pork, and the crispy noodles on top, with a spoon full of dried chilli powder and a generous amount of pepper. Definitely recommended.

This is the only game in town when it comes to Radna, or so claim the proprietor of Piya Radna.

Well it certainly was the best Radna we had in Korat. And I would even venture to say that they would even be competitive in Bangkok.

The smooth sauce is quite tasty, albeit a little on the sweet side.  The pork is a soft, but I would have liked it a bit softer and juicier.

Their strength, though, is in the stir-fried noodle. Since it was a Sunday, we decided to indulge ourselves by ordering a special with egg in it. Their style was to fry egg with the noodle and sort of pan fried the egg and noodle mix until it  became a disc that is slightly crisp on the outside, but still soft inside.

Their stir-fried noodle, or Pad See-Ew was also very good.

The food is good. There are a lot of people at this place and even more Grab riders. The Cha Thai was not good. Too sweet. But for the food I would go again.

I was told this was a famous place in the area.
The fast service and taste is in line with that.
